Westerville office: Credit card hacked. Long, long time customer. They demonstrate a profound ignorance of any problem and offer no assistance in resolving issue and no responsibility for the safety of your money. Extremely disappointed. Get out while you can.
Was forced to overdraw my account a little over a month ago, and was unable to get online to update anything until this past weekend. Called them today to ensure them I will be able to bring my account current again on the 15th of November, to be told that my account was approved for charge-off yesterday (even though I can still access it). I was also told that - even though the charge off has NOT been processed, yet - there was no way to reverse this process.
