Rude. When someone makes a mistake and possibly leaves their debit card there tell them instead of just destroying it and telling them you can't confirm or deny it was ever there. Very rude and very unhelpful.
The people here are some of the best people I have ever met. My wife has been in banking for over 20 years and with only 2 companies and this by fare is the best ever.

Heartland bank has poor customer service, to put mildly. Terrible on-line banking. They advertising one thing, but online banking department employee tells you that they do not provide that service.
