My 18yo son started his first job here. With next to no training, he made one part his whole 1st day of orientation before starting on night shift. Told to get started, he began making what he was taught completely unsupervised, after 5 hours they decided hes making the wrong part, and screamed at him in Spanish (barely any English here) and escorted him out.
