1am water pump blown. Showed up at heartland at 7am. Helped us out immediately, saved our Thanksgiving. Back on the road at Noon. Hardworking, efficient, reliable, good hearted people. If it had to happen anywhere im glad it was by them! They would be my go to if i lived here�.
I take my "fleet" of ageing vehicles to Randall and his team for service. They keep them running as long as possilbe for us. I do like to see females with automobile knowledge on his team. It is easyfor me to relate to their descriptions of service and payment options. They are up front with the costs. Glad to have this service in our small town.
Always courteous and thorough. I appreciate that the guys take time to explain options and consequences so that I can make an informed decision regarding repairs to any of our vehicles. I also appreciate Megan's cheerful voice when I call, always ready with a quick response when I need an appointment.
I had to take my car in because I was having problems with it and wasn't sure what was going on. Being new to the area I really didn't know where to go but had suggestions from a few people. When I arrived I told Meagan at the front desk what was going on and she couldn't have been more courteous and professional.They also gave me a courteous vehicle since I had nothing else to drive..
