Over the course of a month, it was nearly impossible to reach Hillary about the house we were interested in renting. She was very unresponsive, and when we managed to get in touch, my roommates say she was rude. I am a property manager and typically don’t have the best experiences communicating with HOA but working with Lisa during a turnover at a complex that Lisa oversees has been great. She’s quick to respond, and has helped me a lot! If I have any questions, I know she’ll provide the information I need which is a huge relief.
