I genuinely love living here! Wendy has been absolutely amazing throughout my time here. She’s incredibly communicative, always quick to respond, and keeps everyone informed every step of the way. It’s clear that she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are handled promptly. The maintenance team is also fast, friendly, and does a great job. Overall, this is one of the best places for the price, and I’ve had such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend living here!
This has been the best apartment we have lived in. Management has been amazing in helping with any issues we have had. They have been prompt and timely with maintenance requests and any other issues. We love living here!
Heartland Apartments are a great place to live. The Apartments were recently remodeled and the management is fantastic. They were quick to respond to our issues and happy to help when we needed it. Location is actually really good because you have quick access to the highway, and a straight shot to Campus but it is still a lower traffic area so it is not as noisy. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Rexburg.
Me and my husband LOVE Heartland! It's been a great first apartment and the new management is fantastic! We really do Love where we live!
My wife and I love living here. It's our first place together, and it's been great! The new management is fantastic, and the location is super convenient—close to the freeway and quiet, despite the usual train noise in Rexburg. The apartment layout is perfect, and it's affordable. We also have an awesome Ward and great neighbors. Highly recommend!
