Middle of the road This place is as typical cookie cutter as you can get. It feels newer and there is nothing that stands out about it that makes it bad, just kind of bland. It is not one of the 70's style apartments around, and is in a great location on Pioneer road. I almost lived here, but each place has such drastically different prices, I always felt like I was getting swindled.
