Don't rent from this guy – I have been renting from Wayne Pelhank for sometime now and i gotta say,DON'T RENT FROM THIS GUY!!!!!! The only reason why i'm still here is that I have a fixed income. At first Wayne was returning my calls when something went wrong with my place,now he doesn't return any. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUM LANDLORD!!! – WAYNE PELHANK seems like a good guy that is until you actually rent from him. Once you rent from he the real guy comes out. He NEVER listens to your complaints. We had a water leak for 3 days before he came out and fixed it. Mold grew and we were forced to clean it. He never answers the phone, awlays a machine and he NEVER calls back, you have to call daily until he finally gets annoyed enough to answer. Highly NOT recommended!! – I thought I was getting a good deal in a decent neighborhood as I am a middle income single mom. I deposited a month early and when it came time to move in, the place was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen! My family and I had to spend over 8 hours the day I was supposed to move in just getting it in a DECENT move in condition!
