I have been very pleased with the care my mother has received in assisted living and now memory care. The director listens and acts on concerns and is always improving the operation of the facility. He and his staff care about the residents.

I would think twice before putting a loved one at this facility. Domingo (Director of nursing) blacklisted a wound care nurse from the Heartis facilities because she has tattoos. I know personally that this nurse is fantastic with her patients, very professional, provides over the top care, and works hard to build trusting relationships. And despite NEVER receiving a patient complaint Domingo felt her tattoos did not line up with the "high end" facade they are trying to portray for their cash paying residents.
