I was the Health Services Director at Heartis Eagle Mountain. I recently left to spend more time with my family (including a special needs child), but I left a piece of my heart there. The staff is very caring and conscientious. It all starts with the Executive Director, who has a heart of gold. The food is wonderful, thanks to the amazing Dining Services Director and her staff. We have had our mom there for nearly two years and have been happy with the environment. We are hopeful that the current management will be long term as we have met a variety of staffers in our tenure.
Don’t place your loved ones here. The staff is on a permanent revolving door to include the directors. Their alarm system is sketchy at best. My mom spent overnight on the floor, yelling for help when the alert button failed to work properly. The overnight staff never heard her. I was told, “our alarm system is down and no one checked on anyone overnight”. Excuse after excuse, unqualified people, new facility not cared for. Not worth the money or worry. Don’t choose based on convenience, you’ll be sorry.
I toured the Heartis Eagle Mountain location in fort worth last week and it is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The facility smelled clean the residence looked very well and happy. I enjoyed the cooking demonstration that I attended! I highly recommend this facility for anybody that is needing an assisted living or memory care for your loved ones .

abusive staff in memory care.. Poor communication with families. would not let my loved live at any of their communities. the director of the community is new and CLUELESS to the needs of the residents.
They have the most though and compassionate Administrator, Keri, I have known for three years as a former employee. You can definitely not go wrong trusting yourself , nor your Loved ones under her care!
