The staff was very friendly and helpful, explained everything every step of the way. The young lady that took care of me was excellent.
Dear Dr. Jim, Allison, Kari and Freddie, Y'all are absolutely "the best!" Words cannot express how much I love y'all...you have been so kind and patient, so understanding and caring, so wonderful and loving!! I have had both upper and lower implants put in, and what a difference they have made to my mouth. Thank you so much for loving me the way all of you do. This place is awsome after you get your denturesthe same day they put liners in 2 or 3 time before they make your permanent dentures.Now mine fit like my own teeth,I can even eat with them.Unfortunately my husband went somewhere else,paid twice as much,it took him 2-3 weeks to get his and they never put in liners or made sure they fit,his bottom dentures have set in the dresser drawer sense they have never fit right.Thank you so much for everything you do!!
I'm doing this review because I myself look at reviews when trying to make a decision, so hopefully it will help someone else! I've been going to DDS, Arlington now for about six years. The staff and personnel have always been nothing but helpful and courteous. Right now of course, they have ALL of the COVID protocols in place keeping their clients #1 priority. Erica was awesome. First time I had her and she was professional, personable, kind, and helpful. She should be commended.
I was very satisfied today with Dr. Jim Tate and his dental assistant. They were quite pleasant and most helpful. I really liked the manner in which Dr. Tate took the time to explain my dental situation to me and he was not in a hurry to get to the next patient. Excellent doctor!! My husband Bob and I will be back to your office when we have a need. Thank you so much for being interested in my opinion.
