Great Parking w/ permits displayed.Only occasional in-flight chases by CPD...to no avail. Pool NEVER available to working residents. Images shown of A pool somewhere else in network of housing options. Nice laundry room, closets large enough for washer/dryers. HVAC systems updated for efficiency, promptly. HUGE closet in one bedroom units. 3 times the size of full bathroom. Quiet and right on Rivanna Trail, cool wildlife. Nice staff, addressing any questions promptly. International residents. Fun Halloween.
one of ... if not the ... least expensive places to live in Charlottesville Virginia but the management and maintenance have lots of turn overs and they seem to care more about getting people in empty apartments than the actual residents ... the apartments are old and not in the best condition so before you move in make sure your apartment is move in ready and take pictures of everything so you can prove what the apartment looks like once you do move in ... just a word to the wise 🦉
The staff of the leasing even don’t want to greeting with you when you asking assistance about laundry and ask other things they said it is not my responsibility I cannot leave my office when you came here no one here your voice it is really rediclouse apartment office I will never extent my leasing with such boomb
They took my security deposit told me I was approved 2 months ago then rented the apartment out to someone else I have child and Christmas time and she also said I have to wait for accountant to reserve the payment so can get my money back
