HORRIBLE place to live. Those who have a bunch of children and DO NOT supervise them allow them to run and throw trash, shoot off bb guns and damage others property! Police have been called by serveral occupants and nothing has changed. Its mainly a few families that have kids on probation and just dont care. They are rude, disgusting,. make the entire complex unattractive and I know just from visiting my friend who moved over there I would move out and sue for harrassment! I have Visited the property and I have friends who live thier, it has a Gym, Computer Room, and a pool, and thier rents are affordable, plus its located very close to the Tamarak School, and to the Hwy 33 which is the main Hwy very one uses to go to work at Paramount!
This business is run down and dirty. Maintenence is poor. The facility is new, however it is poorly kept. I would never live in a place like this. It would be unimaginable.
