I met Jenness H. from HearthStone Property Mangement years ago when she took over from a prior "inadequate" management company that had, IMO, been mis-managing the community in which I reside. When I assisted my senior in-laws with renting a home with Heartstone it was such a pleasant experience. As of late the house sold and they needed to find a new home they had found one that was through Heartstone. This made them happy as they have enjoyed renting through them. Heartstone asked for a $500.00 non refundable deposit. This was frustrating for seniors, especially with the rental prices as they are.
