I'll give a 2 because I'd used them to service my AC unit before and it went fine. But this year, they put in frion without telling me that there was a leak and charged me for that. Also, it worked fine before they serviced it and immediately afterwards, the fan motor went out. So I don't know if that's something the guy did, but the leak had to have been there when he looked at it and he didn't say anything or have it in customer notes

We have used Hearthstone for several years. Their service is excellent. Recently, they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. Their representatives were professional, courteous, efficient and did a great job. Afterwards, we thought we had an issue with the installation (relatively minor) so we called them. They sent a representative; it turned out that the issue was not Hearthstone's but something that existed before their installation. High integrity and honesty is so hard to find nowadays, so I was extremely happy with the Hearthstone technician who stopped by to repair my furnace today on Valentine's Day. At first I thought I would spend $$$$ for the repair, but he found that it was just a crack in the blade so he replaced it and the charge was much lower. I truly appreciated his honesty. Hearthstone replaced two sunroom heaters. They were responsive, on time and did a great job at a fair price!!
