I don’t typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but I had a great experience using Matt and his team at Hearthstone for some HVAC repairs. My upstairs had always struggled to keep cool in peak summer, so I decided to finally address the problem. Several HVAC companies came out and simply recommended replacing my old system with a new larger one and assumed that would fix the problem. I called due to my air conditioning unit not blowing cold air, and the technician was able to arrive and quickly diagnose the issue, confirm warranty information on the parts that is broken, and then replace it quickly. He looked at my AC system and informed me about my needing a new air filter without trying to sell me one. While nobody should ever look forward to getting their air conditioner fixed, I know exactly who to call when I need it!
