Matt Bruner, showed up promptly on a Monday, and in a short amount of time , Matt told us why the air upstairs was not coming on. Nice to know, we did not need to replace a unit. It was just a fan needing to be replaced. The very next day, Matt was on time again with new fan in hand. Took about 2 hrs. In this terrible hot weather in the low 100’s. I’ve used Matt for both A/C and Heating. He has always been prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced. Thanks Matt
