If I could take stars away I would but I need to let perspective renter's know the horror of this place. Over a month ago the downstairs resident tried to enter my apt. The resident is still living below..... I definitely feel safe here. FYI if you want to live in a slum where nothing is enforced, people just run amuck, children are never supervised- starting dumpster fires and being menaces, and still pay the price of a "luxury" apt then this is the place for you. RecommendedI’ve lived here for ages now and the maintenance guy Jeremy is the best and most attentive one I’ve seen come threw here. He is always here when he says he will be and never leaves with out fixing the issue. He should be running this place. thank you Jeremy I know I’m in good hands.
The office and maintenance staff have been great!
They're horrible at shoveling after storms. I was hoping they'd have at least the walkways shoveled after this last round of snow, but here it is, about 12 hours after the snow ended, and they still haven't shoveled.
Shout out to Alex and Nathan with maintenance! Those guys went above and beyond anything I could of asked of them. Super quick to respond. Also the management here rocks. Karlyn is A-MA-ZIIIING, plus she keeps me laughing, super friendly and warm. The assistant manager Lindsay is a high class 😉, do it all, dream team, VIP! But no really she's quite awesome. Just if you feel the need to bring her lunch it better be a ribeye steak, not some pizza. But Karlyn will eat the pizza. So bring both. But no really Hearthstone is home... read more

May 2018 - do not rent here. After telling me I didn't need a walk-thru when we moved out they're now charging me for cleaning the apartment even though it was clean and charging me for damages that never happened as well as a month of utilities I've already paid for. They're super nice when you apply but in the end they're money-hungry crooks. Avoid.
They don't know how to treat their tenants! Stay away from this place, take you business elsewhere.
