This has got to be thee WORST company to rent from, after living in the apartment for only 3 months and cleaning it my self on hands and knees just to make sure my bases were covered they decided to try and charge me a 1000$+ cleaning bill. Someone please explain to me how a 2 bedroom one bath apartment that a mother and a 1yr old lived in for 3 months is going to cost a company 1000$+ to clean it when nothing was wrong nor damaged.....hummmm don't worry I'll wait for this POS company to respond. Insist on your walkthrough with your landlord prior to moving in. Take pictures of any damages that you see and be sure that they are time-stamped and dated to keep in your personal rental agreement file. Read through your rental agreement prior to signing it. Catalog dates, communications with your landlord, wait times and quality of any and all repairs/damages occurring while living in your apartment.
