I took my two puppies for free pet exam and planned to have Dr Hall to be their vets in the future in case they would get sick in the future. However, after I declined to have fecal analysis, vacinations, and flea/tick treatments, their service turned into nothing. He did not say anything regarding what they saw in the exam. They even denied my puppies were there when 1800PetMeds called them multiple times. Don't go there. Sterling Hall, deep pockets.
