I like living here but sometimes I need rides and there is a few chill dudes that will take me to work when my truck is no working but they want head lol
DONT RENT HERE. they are roach infested (regardless of how clean you are as a tenant) , predatory towing (the towing company is all over tiktok because of how predatory they are) , lots of stolen cars and gun shootings on the property and around the property. Go through an apartment locator to find a better newer-affordable apartment complex . Don’t fall for their low apartment rates.
This was my 1st apartment ever and living here has been quite “the” experience. The apartments complex alone needs to be renovated; moving here you’ll potentially have a roach infestation, mold in your ventilation system, appliance malfunctions, or face issues with plumbing or HVAC. When I first moved in, my apartment flooded because the pipes were calcified. They let a family of 9 move in underneath us and our water bill has been raised almost $100. They don’t seem to care about their residents as long as they get their money, I mean who would in this world right? They let this happen before. They allowed someone to rent 2 apartments and then rent one out to his workers. While here they were extremely rude to me, my wife, and my 2 year old daughter. When confronted, they called me slurs.
