Havilah at Healing Roots is hands down the best primary care provider I’ve ever had. She takes a holistic approach to care and truly listens to my concerns, making me feel heard and valued. Her genuine care and dedication to my well-being are evident in every interaction. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I feel so fortunate to have found a provider who truly cares about me as a whole person. Highly recommend!
I see Havilah for my personal health care and my husband see’s Jeremy. Both are absolutely phenomenal and feel so blessed to have to have found the perfect fit in going with a more natural approach to health issues. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and really care about our health outcomes and press in to finding the root of the problem. We feel so cared for and very happy with them! Very nice staff too!
Our family adores Havilah! We have been patients for about 6 years, and she’s been seeing my kids since they were 2 and 3 and they always love seeing her. Havilah is the smartest physician I think I’ve ever met and she catches every small thing. Three or more years ago, I made the switch to Healing Roots Medicine (formerly Hearthside Medicine) and couldn't be happier seeing both Havilah and Jeremy. I truly feel invited to participate in my own healthcare decisions. They each take the time to listen, carefully explain everything I need to know, and I never feel rushed out the door. I've been a patient at Healing Roots for over a year and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The waiting area is very comfortable. Although, I did not have to wait long before being called in for my appointment, which I greatly appreciated.
