I arrived by 9:30-am for 1000 appointment, they gave me a door ( in the shipping side 🤷♀️) and started with the trailer right away. The place have no overnight parking is fenced and has a gate … shipping is from The gate entrance straight ahead… and receiving is from The gate wide turn right for the middle of cars parking lot at the end left there is a sigh for receiving drivers…. Make sure your trailer is clean and you have time on your clock small yard and they take really long to do paperwork
Came in on 5/22 for a pickup but the load had been moved back. The gentleman in shipping was very sweet and friendly. Gave me some other available loads to tell my dispatcher about to see if I could grab one. Was allowed to sit and see, yard driver didn't bother me while I was parked by the stop sign. Had to leave without a load but 5 stars. God bless the people of London, KY. Rest In Peace to those lives lost in the tornados and may the city bounce back stronger than ever. 🤍
Arrived 15 minutes before appointment time for a live unload was unloaded with bill's in hand in just 25 minutes unloaded a full trailer nice staff no overnight parking though
Delivery. 🚚 Very friendly place, came in Two hours before my appointment time, ( 3pm ) got in to a door immediately after checking in. ( Only One door Receiving ). DO NOT CUT OR REMOVE YOUR SEAL, they will come out and cut it for you. They haven’t started to unload the trailer until the appointment time, so you may came early, but they wont touch it until your delivery time. Ones your time kicks in, it goes quick. Got Empty in about 20 minutes ish. No driver Lounge Room, No Rest Rooms, and No overnight parking, So be prepar... read more
