They will rob you of your security deposit. When moving in to our apartment, we reported there were marks and scuffs on all walls in every room. When moving out, we were charged with the entire painting expense although it was not painted for us beforehand. I do no recommend renting from them unless you are prepared to take legal action to receive your full security deposit back.
