We are looking for a gas fireplace insert for our 1935 home, need something that fits in with the houses age. Hearthcrest has lots of styles that would look great. Staff was very knowledgeable in helping us make a selection.
23 years ago Hearthcrest added a gas fireplace to a home we were renovating in East Grand Rapids. They did a beautiful job building the framework and making it look as if it had been there all along. We were very happy with them. Fast forward to 2019 and we once again went to Hearthcrest for our fireplace needs. Overall quality of the product and installation was great- the team was fast, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves during installation. The timing and communication from the office however were both very slow. Would go weeks without an update on when the product would be ready and then the day the product was meant to be installed I got a call an hour before letting me know the product wasn’t in and had to wait a few more weeks- at least a days notice would have been nice.
