Homeowner The Hearth Shop has been a HUGE disappointment - they sure can't help you enough to take your money, but when it comes time to install your fireplace, they send guys with no tools and dead batteries for the ones they do bring. They are HORRIBLE at returning calls. Forrest sold us 3 fireplaces for our home but he won't return any calls. Our neighbor has been waiting months to get their blower fixed on their new fireplace. Fireplaces & stoves Good selection of fireplaces, stoves and equipment. The staff are knowledgeble. They don't have smaller vent free fireplaces but you can get those in a lot of places. A place to check for specialty items and higher end products.
