Our food is always amazing. They cook fresh food and don't overuse the salt and grease! I saw one of the reviews suggest you save your kidney and eat at Los Dos. Now, if you want cheap greasy American-Mexican food, then yes... Go to Los Dos. I suggest the Hanger Steak and Wedge Salad with Shrimp if you eat at The Hearth. Two of our favorites. I miss their Margareta Pizza too. Which they no longer serve.
Amazing experience, try sitting chief side. Perfectly made dishes, super personal and exceptional service. Loved it.

Ft his is our favorite hide away in Washougal to go for dinner after a bike ride on the dike. I Always get the fire Roasted Vegetable platter!
Second time there. Pizza was much better this time but service was still not good. Might not go back because service was bad (two times). Sad.
Feeling conflicted between keeping this wonderful place a secret, or giving the five star review it deserves. Drink, appetizers and entree were all excellent, the servers polite and friendly, and the atmosphere very nice. Nicely done, Hearth :)
Go every year and its one of our favorites. Wouldn't come back if it wasn't a 4 or 5 stars. My husband has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and is VERY picky, but he loves The Hearth Restaurant too!
Great flavors and perfectly cooked! Came early enough to get small plates with happy hour. Thankful for the chance to try so many things eating family style.
