We purchased gas logs from Larry many years ago and they still work beautifully and his staff knew the business and answered all our questions! Last fall we built a new deck and wanted some special furniture! I found a great set on my first visit, but I took the time to shop around, then back to Larry. He delivered our set personally and after hours so we would be at home. I was so impressed with the customer service & selection, I have been back for another purchase.

i had visited several other dealers before I walked into Larry¿s Hearth & Patio Shoppe. The customer service was outstanding, the staff took their time in showing me different models and the features of the models. There was not a push to purchase a larger unit than I needed just so they could make a profit as a couple of other dealers had tried to do. Had a wood stove insert installed in January 2012. There was some initial install problems and the owner came back to assist with the install. Looks and works better than I expected. Owner was very helpful and made sure everything ws perfect. This was the third hearth store that we went to before our purchase and we found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Their price was better too. Have a Regency stove and we are very satisfied with it.

Service was super. We purchased patio furniture, umbrellas and a Green Egg. They came out, set things up and checked on the set up afterwards. Fair prices, too. Will do business with again!

Recently I wanted to purchase a fire insert. I did a bunch of research online. Then I went to area shops. I went to Hearth and Patio shop first and they were so informative and helpful. They answered all my questions and I felt like none of my questions were dumb. I went to other shops and left feeling horrible. We have purchased two items from this Hearth & Patio Shoppe. The first was a gas stove insert that had to be customized to fit our stone chimney. They did a good job & we really enjoyed the insert during the colder months. It did take some extra time to get the stove installed, but it was a custom job & since it was just before Christmas they were very busy. We have been a customer of Larry Traylor's, owner of Hearth and Patio, for almost 15 years. Everything from our grill to the outdoor furniture we have purchased from him has preformed to our expections and beyond. His staff always greets us as soon as we walk into the store and always more then willing to go the extra mile to give customer service. Highly recommended! After trying several others, I was very pleased with the sales and service of Larry traylor and his emplyees. They were pleasent and proffesional. I recently purchased gas logs for 2 fireplaces in my new home. I was very pleased to be recommeded to Hearth and Patio since it is close to my house. My purchase was a pleasant experience and everything ran smoothly. I am planning on purchasing my patio furniture also from here during the spring season as they have a mass variety to choose from
