Everything was extremely professional from the initial estimate to the finished fireplace. I had a wood fireplace converted to gas logs. The gas log sets they recommend and install are the best made sets and they look terrific when they are completed. Their recommendations were spot on and everyone who worked on the job was excellent and professional - I highly recommend them.
We called them to clean our firepace chimney at the end of the season. The technician who came to our house was professional and answered all of our questions in detail. They inspected both chimneys (fireplace and furnace/water heater), and their price was reasonable and in line with other companies in the area. Talk to Rita, she'll help you out.
Julio is the top man there to trouble shoot any pellet stove issues. He is patient and explains every inch of the stove. He has helped me tremendously and saved me many visits from their repair men. Buy from the small businesses! It makes a difference.
Terrible customer service and poor attitudes by everyone I dealt with!
