Communication from the tech was okay. Sometimes we had a scheduled time and they no-showed and only messaged the evening of. They only charged for one trip, which was nice, but they had to come out over 4 times and never ended up fixing the fireplace. They offered to keep coming out to make it right, but after 5 months of waiting for them to arrive and then the unit not working we went in another direction. I would have liked to see the tech stay long enough to fix the problem the first time rather than leaving after an hour... read more
Kyle and his team at the Orem location did an amazing job with customer service as they solved an issue we were having with our fireplace. They took ownership of the issue and saw it through to a successful resolution. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and elevated level of professionalism. We will be customers for life!
Unfortunately, they were unable to help us with our particular issue. However, they give us great insights and information and directed us in a place where we could get the brackets needed to complete our fireplace renovation. The staff was amazingly friendly.
The young lady that helped me with parts was very knowledgeable And helpful.
Outstanding in every regard. The service is amazing, Mackenzie, is great.
