Unfortunately, they were unable to help us with our particular issue. However, they give us great insights and information and directed us in a place where we could get the brackets needed to complete our fireplace renovation. The staff was amazingly friendly.

Our contractor messed up and never ordered the stone we picked out many months ago and so when it was time to install, it was impossible to get the long lead item stone. We went to Hearth & Home and they were so great at helping with options and making sure we could get a stone that was close to our first choice. We appreciate their efforts.
