Great service, great showroom and they’ve got what you need in stock ready to go!
After spending over $200k on fireplaces for our home, Tyson disappeared. We’ve been waiting on fireplace ‘issues’ for months. 4 out of six of the fireplaces aren’t right. Zero proactivity. Doesn’t answer calls for our builder. Always has an excuse when you do happen to catch him. Wouldn’t recommend, or at least would reserve 50% payment for job completion.
WOW - I can’t say enough about Hearth & Home! My fireplace insert was having issues towards the end of last winter, and I knew I needed to schedule a tune-up before the upcoming season. From the moment Dan arrived, he was so knowledgeable, and explained everything as he went. I learned so much, and there were more issues than I had suspected. Dan came and serviced our fireplace. It’s cleaner than the day we moved in. Replaced the switch and no more on and off flickers.
