I called to set up funeral floral arrangements with very short notice & on the only day that they do not get shipments in. I was told on the phone that they would try their best to accommodate with a similar arrangement, but they did not have the certain colors I was looking for. When I arrived at the funeral home the following day, the arrangements were there and had everything I was looking for - even the colors I didn't think they'd have.
