The moment you walk in the door of Thank Yoga, you feel something special, a certain calming or relieving. It's like being on a long trip and coming home. You instantly feel the community, the love, and the light of this place, and I honestly don't think I have ever been to a studio quite like this before.
Teachers. Space. Feels. All are incredibly beautiful and moving. I have been practicing there for the last year and a half and the day is always better after a class at Thank. Amazing for all levels especially beginners, no pressures and no judgment. Just you and your practice.
I was meant to go to Heartfelt yoga tonight. I moved to 5th Ave in October and I kept saying I wanted to check it out and never did anything about it. I’ve had a stressful week and today I hit my max. My boyfriend was working late so I decided to actually go to Heartfelt. I’m so glad I did. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed by everyone. An amazing studio! All of the instructors are so personable and take the time at the beginning of class to get to know you & your needs. The space is inviting and cozy! I love practicing here 💗
