I joined Heartfelt Home Care in April 2023 as a new carer of only 4 months. The support I have received from Joanna, Jane and Natacha has been phenomenal and they have bent over backwards to accommodate my availability for work and to match me with the right clients. I love that they actually care about their carers wellbeing and actually listen to any concerns we have and do what they can to assist. I have been very happy with this agency and look forward to many more placements via Heartfelt Home Care!
The staff are very professional as well as friendly. My interview was quite thorough. I would definitely recommend this company as an employer.
