My name is Anne Brown. My Sister Ginger Littlejohn ordered some flowers for my cousins Ed Coker’s funeral. The arrangement was breathtaking. Flowers were so fresh. The arrangement was perfect but also the container was so him. Thank you for sharing no your talents and taking such care of Our family.

I asked for spectacular, I got spectacular, magnificent, stunning, creative and unique. To quote the note I received, "magnificent, stunning...arrangement in a one of a kind container....Everyone was stunned by its beauty...and creativeness." Heartfelt Flowers truly puts their heart in their arrangements!

Called at 9:11am from out of town and asked for a 1pm delivery. Which she said she could do. Wanted to change the card messag so i called back. 4 times the first hour and 4 more times during the day up to 3:30pm. Even had other family call. No answer and did not return my messages left on the machine. Failed to deliver at promised time and had to send someone to the store at 5pm to inquire. They got the flowers without an apology. Would Not Recommend.

Ordered colorful flowers in pinks, oranges purples. Received white, lavender, yellow and a random burgundy carnation. Not what I requested or the most flattering color combination but they smelled wonderful and made my daughter's day.
