My dog needed surgery here. I feel she's in the best possible hands being cared for here with heartfelt. Great staff that, I feel they really take care of us every time we visit.
My cat was ill and I called my (now former) vet who couldn’t get her in today. This had happened before so I was already prepared to move on from them. A friend took her cats to Heartfelt and was very pleased with their service. I called and was able to get an appointment that day. I found them to be very kind and professional. My kitty has improved within 1 day so I would say that they know their stuff. Thank you Heartfelt. You now will be the vet for my two kitties.
It is not advisable to use their services. They tend to deny responsibility when errors occur on their part. Our dog Charlie has been a patient there since he was a puppy, as they are the only veterinarian he has seen. Unfortunately, Charlie exhibited excessive licking of his paw, prompting us to seek veterinary attention. The veterinarian noted in his records that his allergy was a pre-existing condition. Super friendly staff that always look out for my dogs best interests!
I’m very happy with this veterinary clinic. They always answer the phone on time and are very responsive. The staff treats my dog with great care and kindness. It’s also almost always possible to get a same-day appointment, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended!
