I had a accident 3 weeks ago and I was scrolling the internet to see what collision shops are a good choice to take my vehicle and I came across Heartcity Toyota Collision center. We spoke with Mike the manager and he was very helpful and professional with providing every detail and given us a good estimate on our vehicle. Today we came to pick up our Toyota and it looked brand new, cleaned, thank you guys I am very happy with my experience.I highly recommend it to you guys.

We’ve had so many issues with this body shop. We bought two brand new vehicles at Heart City but we’re very disappointed in the lack of good customer service and dependability when trying to get our body damage fixed. Not only did our quote go up multiple times before even taking our vehicle in to be fixed but it then went up another $800 once it was there.
