By far the worst provider I've ever had. Cannot keep up appointments leaving me without medication for weeks nearly every month. The worst automated receptionist ever absolutely never does anything it says it will. Cannot figure out how to send links for scheduled video calls on time. Even when appointment is on time, delays sending prescription for weeks. This place is destroying my life.
I’ve been a patient for a very long time and must say the staff at this location are very phenomenal. The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Ms. Ruth,Justina,Francina everyone including the doctors and administrative staff are wonderful. They all go above and beyond to help you with anything I love that.
Not clear on their Zocdoc that you need a referral. Also, who needs a referral for basic should pain? Waste of time
Professional sevices and fast walk in. The team are great and knowledgeable (cute too) lol
The staff are wonderful in this medical office. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Every one of them are so friendly: Justina Kingsberry. Ruth Headley. Taneisha Samuels. Francia Souffrant. And they’ve made me feel welcome each time. The doctor takes his time with each patient and listens as you explain what’s going on. I highly recommend this medical office.
