Tread lightly with this company and don't expect your security deposit back. In fact, expect to owe an extra 1500$ at the end for damages that were done to the property long before you arrived. We are appaled with the behavior of this company. Their office staff will lie right to your face, with a smile. They rented us a property that was not in a livable condotion when we moved in. The people associated with this company are liars, thieves, and very disrespectful! I was renting a house through them, paid my rent early every month due to I have a child and was NOT wanting to get kicked out. I ended up in the hospital and was late by ONE day. They made false accusations claiming that I hadn't paid my rent for two months which is a lie, then they tried to cash two of my rent checks at one time, overdrawing me and then gave me three days to have my things out of the house.
