I have seen Carmen + her team for care with multiple pregnancies and births. I always asked LOTS of questions at my prenatal visits, and the staff were very knowledgeable (and patient!). I was never once hurried out of an appointment. They genuinely cared about me and all my babies - I never felt like "just another client". Beautiful facilities! Awesome postpartum care.
I transferred here at 37 weeks and I’m so glad I did. Carmen is amazing at what she does! She respected my decisions and I felt so well cared for. April, her assistant, was incredible as well, they were such a great team! Postpartum care was second to none. Plus the new birth center is beautiful! Highly recommend this place!
I’m still in therapy for the birth trauma they caused me. I’d be very careful choosing this place.
At first when we came my husband was a bit skeptical especially not knowing what we were going to go through with labor and birth as a first time mom but after going there a couple of visits my husband started feeling more and more comfortable with the idea of having a "at home birth" at the center. It helped a lot that Jacob, the receptionist, was such a chatty person. I love that everything was put in front of me with options or what the next step would be to if something went wrong.
