Lmfao. You get an ultrasound and then you get no results. They make an appointment for you and then call you to cancel. They don’t call you back and if you call them a few times you either call at the wrong time or don’t get a call back.

Our family has been trying to get a hold of the office since 10/7/2024 and it is now 11/21/2024 and still we cannot get through to anybody! We have called so many times and pressed every option and all mailboxes are full except for the pharmacy refill department. This is ridiculous. My father-in-law needs to get an Echo and an EKG done to ensure his oral chemo medication is not affecting his heart and we cannot schedule an appointment for over a month!
