I am completely frustrated with the lack of customer service. I have been paid for 2/3 of my completed campaigns, after sending emails , dm ‘a and writing on posts , that was the resolution, to pay me for one of the campaigns I’ve completed. Meanwhile I am getting accepted for many more as we speak and have questions on how to move forward. I’m seeing the emails saying I’m accepted and then on my app it’s not showing up. i've no idea how this platform works since i've signed up for a bunch of their campaigns to kick things off as encouraged, some of which have been super specific to my aesthetic and style. To date I haven't even gotten ONE nod in my direction regarding the campaigns I signed up as interested for. And it wasn't some haphazard blitzkrieg, furiously clicking every campaign I came across. Love this site! I have gotten my daughter to work with major brands like Gymboree and Lance crackers some with large budgets and some with pay per posts! I have signed up for several campaigns and still haven't received any. I have a pretty good following and engagement on instagram so not sure how they pick and choose for the campaigns. Definitely haven't been impressed. I have been on heartbeat for almost 6 months now and have been asked to sign up for campaigns but never picked. Anyways, maybe everyone else's experience isn't the same, but just been disappointed. I am still waiting patiently and hoping I get picked for one, but just not sure.
