One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I tried to schedule an appointment with Loretta over the phone and she instructed me to do so on her website. The problem is her website is broken and will not allow customers to schedule. When I called back to mention this Loretta (sounding extremely exasperated) told me she was to busy to deal with me and that she would call me back in 30 mins. Spoiler alert.. she never called back.
