The classroom is clean and easy to find. My instructor was very knowledgeable and interesting. The blended standard first aid, "one day" online and one in person, made the in person day feel very rushed in comparison to a standard 2 day program. Overall I would recommend this program to anyone retaking their first aid but would suggest a fully in person course to first time takers.
I had an amazing experience with Heart2Heart in Ottawa and definitely recommend it. I was a little nervous at the beginning but from the moment we arrived at the building until we left after the exam, our instructor Sarah has been amazing. She welcomed us at the front door and helped with all the formalities, most importantly gave us a very detailed recap of everything and lots of hands-on training which made me feel like I'm a better First aider already. Succeeful completion of the 8hours
The blended course with Heart2Heart CPR First Aid Training was informative and made me wonder why I hadn't done it earlier! The online portion was easy to navigate and allowed me to learn a lot of the theory prior to doing the in person portion. On Sunday, I participated in the in class requirement and had a fantastic instructor who was not only engaging with using scenarios that would be applicable to our group, but demonstrated all the skills so that we would have an example to work from.
