It is unacceptable for an elderly patient to wait more than 2 hours to be seen for a test. They come in, haven't eat or drank anything for at least 12 hours so to wait this long and still haven't been seen is ridiculous. I am ashamed of our treatment of people. Ive been here for 2 hours past the appointment time and still they haven't took my dad back.
I need an Echo. No one answers teh phones and I have left 3 messages and no one returns my calls
