We provided medical transportation services for this office and have been trying to collect payment for over a year. All communication — calls, emails, and messages — has gone unanswered. We have also attempted to contact Mustapha Gardi (managing partner) directly, with no response. An outstanding balance remains unpaid with no explanation or effort to resolve it. Dr. Gardi and the staff at HVC are tremendously knowledgeable and friendly, thank you for your help and efforts keeping me healthy.
This place is a joke when it comes to appointments. It does not matter the time. They will hold you hostage for 2 hours for a 15 minute or less consultation. He has no sense of time and packs people in like sardines. Scheduling an appointment to discuss X-ray results is an office visit money move for sure because it could have been done via the phone or Zoom. The Star is for his brother. He really does his best to provide comfort for those waiting. Very personable
