The receptionist keeps saying she’ll ask a manager and call back but never calls back!
Very poor patient care. Can’t even get a prescription called in on time. They do not return call or answer any questions. Do not let your primary care doctor refer you there. If you like waiting on getting an appointment for 4 months and then waiting in their office for hours. Being a doctor in the medical field I would not want my parents being seen here. Do some homework and read reviews.
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at MMG Heart & Vascular Center under the care of Dr. Sweeney. During my last appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour in the patient room with no updates. When I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay, I was shocked to learn that they didn’t even realize I hadn’t been seen—and worse, they didn’t know where Dr. Sweeney was. There is not much good that I can say about this place. Nice building, I guess. Now the cons for this place and specifically Dr. Abraham. She is probably a decent doctor if you can ever get in to see her. I'd guess that at least 80% of the time I have an appointment, I get a call close to that time that it has to be rescheduled, and usually that is at least a month later. The worst doctor’s office I’ve had to work with. Took months to get an appointment for an urgent need, then took a month to get my echocardiogram results read and then another month to get my halter test results. Even worse, to get those results, I had to call multiple times a week (leaving voicemail after voicemail) for multiple weeks to get an answer. I was not taken seriously whatsoever and did not feel that they cared about my health. I ended up switching to another office in OKC and recommend that you do the same!
