While being a companion chaperone for a patient...even if it's family.
The receptionist keeps saying she’ll ask a manager and call back but never calls back!
Very poor patient care. Can’t even get a prescription called in on time. They do not return call or answer any questions. Do not let your primary care doctor refer you there. If you like waiting on getting an appointment for 4 months and then waiting in their office for hours. Being a doctor in the medical field I would not want my parents being seen here. Do some homework and read reviews.
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at MMG Heart & Vascular Center under the care of Dr. Sweeney. During my last appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour in the patient room with no updates. When I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay, I was shocked to learn that they didn’t even realize I hadn’t been seen—and worse, they didn’t know where Dr. Sweeney was.
