If you can go anywhere else, I’d say go there. Holy cow! I’ve never experienced the lack of care from a medical industry before. Had to wait five months just to get a test done. Did the test, had an appointment the next week. Got a call that they had to reschedule because the Dr will be out. Okay! But they rescheduled me for yet another month away. This doctor is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. She seems too focused on following the textbook rather than taking a few minutes to understand each new patient as an individual. She doesn’t consider other doctors’ care plans and instead insists on creating her own, which makes treatment inconsistent and frustrating. There’s always an excuse for the long wait times, and her attitude toward patients feels rushed and dismissive.
