It was my first time seeing Andrew, the doctor’s PA. He was great. Only reason I’m not giving this a 5 is because when checking-in at the kiosk, it asked for co-pay though I paid the day before online, so I asked the receptionist what to do. She told me, then called me to the front desk a couple of minutes later and to ask for my co-pay.
