This is regarding Watkins Cardio clinic on 2FL, 70 Francis Clinic. Rude female receptionist during check in, and equally rude male nurse for poorly treating us and he gave incomplete return instruction. He had no idea whether their return locations are open or remain closed over the weekend. If we did not go check the return location, we would be unfairly liable for the delay in return.
