If I could give zero stars I would. I have never left a review in my life but the receptionist I just called was SO RUDE. You need to fire her or have a serious talk with her because i'm obviously not the only one who feels that way looking at the other review you have. You're losing patients because of her. Representing your practice poorly. Kinda sad when someone with a heart issue is seeking help and is spoken to that way.
I called to schedule a first time appointment. The receptionist was not pleasant at all! She asked me a few rushed questions then placed me on hold for 15mins.Then another receptionist came on the line and preceded to ask the same questions and said the other lady left. Not a good experience especially when you're having heart problems you would think they would care maybe a little more. So customer service is very important. I took my business to a establishment that at least seemed like they cared.
