My wife Trudy was in HTH Hospic House in Troy in August because home care became difficult and painful and home care nurse Camille came to the house and cared for her until transport arrived. Just looking up the address for this amazing place to recommend it to a friend!! My Mother was there at the end of her life! It was the best place God sent us to! It’s been over two years ago but I cannot forget the warm welcoming staff- the gentle care- the lovely clean rooms! It was late October and the staff had decorated the rooms so nicely with Halloween decor ! The food was so delicious - though my Mom couldn’t eat much at all!! Do not hesitate to take your loved ones there!!
The staff at Heart to Heart were amazing and extremely accommodating as my family spent our final moments with our Grandmother. The facility was extremely clean and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly kept my Grandmother comfortable up until her last breath. I'm very thankful for the staff in how they assisted us through this difficult time.
In the week between the time my grandma entered Heart 2 Heart's care and the time she left this life, my perception about hospice changed completely.
