I would NEVER allow any loved one to go under the "care" of this facility. They promised my husband would be at a pain level of 3 and we would have home nursing support. Pain level was never managed and while we watched our loved one suffer, we were berated about being bothered, delayed response, no comfort for loved one during periods of struggling for breath, lack of action when home was without power for several hours, resulting in our loved ones suicide to relieve his own suffering.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Heart 2 Heart for the extraordinary care they provided to my father in his final days. I did not want to add even one star, my family witnessed the most horrific passing of my husband. Words cannot explain how devastating it was, and there was no one present from heart to heart, there was no doctor present during the process. My husband suffered horribly for almost an hour with his family, begging for help and nothing was done. The whole process was done wrong. I've been here with my granny for about a week, and this facility is filled with a compassionate team. They really care about my grandmother, and they care about me too. They are taking care of both of us. They have a routine, and they don't break it. I never have to wonder when or if they are coming to check on Granny. There is a clear schedule that does not break.
