My brother was there for hospice support. The nurses were exceptional as well as the Chaplins. Patty, the social worker was a great encourager and helpful at our most difficult time. Thank you all!
I would NEVER allow any loved one to go under the "care" of this facility. They promised my husband would be at a pain level of 3 and we would have home nursing support. Pain level was never managed and while we watched our loved one suffer, we were berated about being bothered, delayed response, no comfort for loved one during periods of struggling for breath, lack of action when home was without power for several hours, resulting in our loved ones suicide to relieve his own suffering.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Heart 2 Heart for the extraordinary care they provided to my father in his final days. From the moment we entrusted them with his care, they treated him—and our entire family—with the utmost compassion, dignity, and respect.
