The heart to heart hospice house is a brand new GIP facility opened in october 13,2025. This unit was built to provide a level of hospice care no other company provides here in san antonio. We are here to provide high level skilled nursing hospice care including: trach, vent, high level of oxygen, drains, tubes, drips. Very clean, no smells. Quiet. Spacious entrance. Large rooms. Plenty of parking. It's around the right side of the building. You have to be buzzed in. Use the panel on the right side of the door. I didn't notice and was able to get in the left door, which isn't abnormal around here, and it set off an alarm.
