Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my loved one. The facility is clean and beautiful. All of the staff were very caring and sweet. I have a big family and they were all able to be there with our loved one before she passed.
The care our father received was full of kindness and compassion. Every nurse as well as the case workers, were absolutely fantastic. My dad was a veteran and when he passed, they treated him with such respect and reverence. We are so happy we chose Heart to Heart Hospice House! Thank you for all you have done for our family!
The heart to heart hospice house is a brand new GIP facility opened in october 13,2025. This unit was built to provide a level of hospice care no other company provides here in san antonio. We are here to provide high level skilled nursing hospice care including: trach, vent, high level of oxygen, drains, tubes, drips.
